Terms of Service

Postify is a subscription-based AI-powered social media caption generation service operated by Postify Ltd. The service allows users to generate captions, hashtags, and content ideas for social media platforms using artificial intelligence.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

To use Postify, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK).
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. You may not share your account with others.

Postify offers the following subscription plans:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
• You will be charged at the start of each billing period.
• The 3-day free trial applies to the Monthly Plan for new subscribers only.
• You will not be charged during the free trial period; cancellation before trial end incurs no charge.
• All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes.
• To cancel, go to Account Settings or contact AIsaintuk1@gmail.com.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

You agree not to use Postify to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Create spam, misleading content, or deceptive advertising.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Generate content that impersonates individuals or organisations.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the service.
• Use automated means to access the service beyond what the API allows.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorisation.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Postify uses AI to generate captions and content suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or fit for purpose.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing.
• Postify does not guarantee that generated content is free from copyright issues.
• You should not rely on generated content as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
• AI outputs may vary and the same prompt may produce different results each time.

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you submit to Postify. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Generated content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the captions and content generated for you through Postify.

Our intellectual property: The Postify name, logo, software, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Postify Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or branding without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Postify and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
• Damages resulting from third-party content or conduct.
• Any content generated by the AI that causes harm or infringes rights.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through Account Settings or by emailing AIsaintuk1@gmail.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
